Win XP

[Bob Miller]

I use a Sony Vaio desktop, running WIN XP. My problem is
that it will not shut down by closing all programs and
clicking the "Turn Off" key reached from the start menu.
Any help?

Shutdown problems are often software related. Sometimes driver related. A
