XP task Bar, daughter moved it to the left side, can't get it back

My daughter moved the task bar to the left side of monitor.
Want to return it to the bottom. Can't figure out how to do
it. Help.

Move your cursor over to the task bar, left click on it and drag it back to
the bottom of the screen, Then right click on it and check the lock task
bar.
