I have to regularly send a variety of file types to one particular email
address.

Is it possible to add a specified email address to the "send to" menu (i.e.
not the generic "mail recipient") - it would be so helpful?

Create a new shortcut, for the path type mailto: followed by the email address of the recipient and move the shortcut to the send to
folder in the proper user account folder in documents & settings directory.

Modify as needed.
