Icon trouble

Hi Guys,

I am having trouble with the IE icon association.
There was a crash, or hiccup which has caused icons
normally associated with IE in Adobe GoLive to lose
their icon. When I try to reassociate HTML files via
the Tools / View File Types menu, the HTML icon is
associated with IE, but the icon is not. When I try to
change the icon, I get this error:

Windows cannot find the file %1.

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.
