Changing language & appearance in Windows XP

Somebody told me that you can completely change the=20
languages in Windows so that even the Start Menu changes=20
appearance?
I have a localized version of Windows XP (in German) on a=20
laptop and I want to change the appearance completely to=20
English. How do I do that?
I read on the microsoft website that there is a new MUI=20
system which uses an English version of XP to change to=20
another language, but I am looking just for the exact=20
opposite. Hope one of you pro's out there can help me?=20

Get an English version of Windows XP and clean-install it. You cannot
change the language of an existing installation.
