Have W2K Server installed and would like to upgrade to XP.
Any idea if that is possible? Home or Professional?

You you can not upgrade to any version of XP.

yes use microsoft.com and follow directions carefully.

Sorry, but it's not technically possible to "upgrade" (or
downgrade, for that matter) from a server operating system to a
workstation operating system. You're only option is a clean install.

Ture, i guess i should of said that. You can do a Clean Install of Windows
XP no matter what OS you had better. But be sure to purchase a full version
in your case, and not an upgrade.
