This problem has me pulling my hair out. Here's the
situation. Our company maps the My Documents folder to a
network hard drive where everyone has their own folder.
The mapping goes something like this: U:\%username%
This usually works great and allows us to backup
everyone's work with minimal trouble. The problem is only
on one laptop and it keeps changing it's mapping to U:\%
username%\mydocuments or sometimes U:\%username%\%
username%'s documents and once in a great while it
bounces to U:\%username% like it should. This is driving
the user crazy. I have looked all over the Knowledge Base
and can't find any appropriate articles.
Has anyone had a similar problem, and if so, what did you
do to resolve it?
