help I can't install works suite 2003

I would be really greatful if someone could solve this
problem for me. I have tried so many times to install
works suite 2003 that I received free with my computer,
but everytime I try to install it, the computer asks me
to shut down the Norton Anti Virus that is running. I
have tried to temporarily disable it, but that didn't
work. I have also tried to disable it from running in
the start up program, but guess what? Yep you guessed
it that didn't work. Somebody please help solve this
problem.

I had this problem when I first got my computer and if I remember rightly I
think I pressed ctrl, alt and delete to get the task manager. I then clicked
on the processes tab and highlighted the Navapw32.exe then clicked the End
Process button at the bottom. I ignored the warning closed down task manager
and successfully installed works suite 2003.
