I arranged my desktop icons so that it will be
interspersed all over the screen without alignment but I
don't know how to save it.
every time when I restart my computer its goes back to
automatic icons arrange

Right-click blank area on Desktop: in pop-up menu, select "Arrange Icons
By", then uncheck "Auto Arrange".

There is a freeware utility called Wintidy which will save your icons
as you've placed them on the desktop. However, I don't know where I
downloaded it. It can take some doing to find a place to download it
free, though (a PC Magazine utility - initially freeware, now not).

To further complicate matters, apparently there is more than one
utility out there named Wintidy.
