View Full Version : Error Checking

Hi - I'm running WXP Pro. I just finished running the error checking /fix
function within WXP. After I rebooted and allowed the program to run, I was
dumped back to my desktop with a normal start-up. I assume everything was
fine, but would have liked to see a report. Is there a report log buried
somewhere? Would I get a report only if there were damaged sectors? Thanks
for your help.

Use Start>Run> eventvwr.msc to open Event Viewer.
Look for an event labeled as "Winlogon." Double click to view the report.
