File type: How to change default for downloads?

How does one go about changing the default setting in the
pull-down list for "save as type" on the "Save Web Page"
window when saving a Web page? I'd rather not have to
select "HTML only" every time so as not to download a
separate associated file (graphics, etc) as well. Thanks.

You can't. The program decides. If it doesn't remember then it not =
available.
