help -- lost toolbar in OE 6.0

My normal OE has a bunch of buttons across the top: Create Mail, Reply,
Reply All, ... right thru FIND.

All of a sudden it is gone. There is a ">>" symbol which when clicked
results in a drop-down menu with those choices.

How do I get my normal layout back. I looked at the View Layout menu but I
can't seem to figure out how to get that horizontal toolbar back.

Any ideas?

Check your icon view size. If that is not the case, see if this helps:
