Toolbar

I have never been able to create the "quick launch"
toolbar on the bottom left side of my window. It says
cannot create toolbar. I have Windows XP Home. How can I
get my icons down there?

Right-click on the taskbar and remove the checkmark from Lock the Taskbar.
