I am using Netscape 7.1. Since applying service pack 1,
Netscape crashes when I attempt to link to a bookmark or
another URL. Is there another fix somewhere to this?
Thanks

Try reinsalling it, or contact Netscape for support with their products.

I have reinstalled the service pack a couple of times.
I wasn't sure what the problem was until I backed off
the updates and installed them one at a time. Something
in service pack 1 is not compatible with Netscape 7.1. I
don't think it is a Netscape problem.

Netscape is the problem. It's a third party application and not included
with Windows XP.

Jerry
Ignore all those MS only advisers.
I use 7.1 without problem.
I suggest you remove NS and then re-install it.
