Hi, I have Windows XP Home Edition. Even though I don't
have a password, the computer prompts me for a password
every time I restart it. I leave the password blank and
click ok and that works but it gets annoying. How can I
get rid of the password prompt? Thanks.

Click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 Uncheck Users must enter
a username and password. Click Apply. Enter your username and leave the
password box blank.
