Reg Key default for CustomizeSearch?

Somehow the customize tab in my search window on
my XPhome system is blank.

Looking at the registry key it appears to be blank.

Does anyone know what it should be?

The registry entry is as follows:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Internet
Explorer/Search

The key name is CustomSearch, data value is "about:blank
