Run As dialog box

Whenever i click the IE icon,the 'Run As' dialog box pops
up and asks "Which user account do you want to use to run
this program?" It never showed up before.
How do i stop this dialog box from popping up?

Does this happen to all shortcuts? If so, click start/ run/ "regsvr32 /i
shell32"

As far as i know it is the only one.The speaker-volume=20
icon does not open to show the volume control.It used to=20
open.

For the "un As" issue:
Right-click the shortcut > Properties > Advanced > Uncheck "Run with
different credentials"
