I tried regsvr32 /i
shell32
I get message:registry editing has been disabled by
administrator.
I am the only one who uses computer that i own.
Yes Remesh,most of the icons in control panel come up
with the Run As dialog box

1. Login as Administrator and run regsvr32
2. Lift TaskManager restrictions:
