please help. i keep getting a message pop up saying
"memory access violation in module kernel32 at" and then
lists various long numbers. please help

Did you recently get an E-mail message, purportedly from
Microsoft, and installed the attachment it included? If so, it
wasn't from Microsoft (Microsoft never sends out patches by
E-mail) and you installed a virus.
