Schedule Tasks did not run and generates exit code 80

I am trying to get my norton internet security to run
automatic update ,I have lookedat article 812400 ,but
cannot find the workaround "disable Human Interface
Device Access Service",any help would be much appreciated

You need to contact Microsoft for the fix. For the work around, go to
Start, Run and enter SERVICES.MSC Locate the HID Input Service and disable
it.
