Hello.
I'm having a problem setting default program access. I'm using Music
Match for all my mp3 library organizing. but I like to use Cool Edit Pro for
cutting wave files, and i also use the Cool Edit pro for burning CDR's. I'ts
easier to just use Cool Edit for CD burning because when I cut the wave
files after recording I can just drag and drop the files into Cool Edit pro
CDR burner. My problem is when I put a blank CDR into the burner music match
CDR burner pops up. Can someone tell me how I can set Cool Edit for default
CD burnning. I've tried using (Set program access and defaults of Windows XP
home, but cool edit is not listed there.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
Richard

"Program Access and Defaults" is an excellent tool but there are some
programs that are very stubborn about releasing their hold on "assigned"
tasks. Check for preference menus in each program. If available, use them
to set up your choices.
