What is the "HP View toolbar"?

>For those of you who are having the problem with getting
your toolbars to stay the way you customized them because
of the added HP View toolbar, here is the fix.
>
>Go to -Start- and then -Run-. Type in "msconfig" and
press enter. Click on the -Startup- tab and unclick
everything but the following: hpsysdrv, hkcmd, kbd,
rundll32. After that, reboot the computer. A message
will pop up (I don't remember exactly what it says) and
you'll click to ignore (or something along those lines).
And after this everything should be fixed.
>
>The only thing I don't like about this method is on my
computer, after it show my HP screen (from bootup) I get
a black screen that asks whether I want to start Windows
XP or use my System Restore. Now this screen only stays
up for a couple of seconds but I'm a perfectionist and it
drives me nuts. But so far that's the only side effect
I've seen. And if you do have problems it's very simple
to go back and fix.

>Hope this helps. Let me know if it does or doesn't.
