What is this?

Whenever I type in a search keyword into my IE address
bar it doesn't go to the MSN search anymore. Plus when I
type in a website address like www.ebay.com or
www.officedepot.com at the top of the website it has this
search bar in text that is not apart of the website.
That says MORE | office supply | pencils | erasers |
books | and when I go to ebay it says MORE | auctions
| cars | tables | radios | it is so freaking anoying. I
have tried everything I know to stop it. I need some
help please.

use ad-aware to remove the spyware on your system.
also might get spybot and run it often.
