HELP!!!! This is a new computer and it has windows xp.
The desktop is rounded and it isn't using the whole space,
it has about 1 inch black outlign. I have tried changing
themes, fonts, using large icons. It is driving me
crazy. I have a 17 inch monitor, but it looks like it
thinks it is a 15. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Open Display, click on the Settings tab, then change your Screen =
Resolution down somewhat by sliding the bar over.
