When trying to uninstall or install any program, it will
get to the file transfer (or deleting) part and hang. I
have loaded the newest InstallShield, but it still
happens. If i'm right, install shield uses microsofts MSI
engine, but I see no upgrade for this on windows. This is
a fairly new build of Win XP Pro w/ sp1. Problem just
started.
