System Standby Has Stopped "Standing By"!

Greetings:

Does anyone know why might this be happening -

Power Options - Scheme: Home / Office Desk

Turn Off monitor: 15 min

Turn off hard disks: 15 min

System standby: 20 min


All has worked well until now. For some reason, the system will not
automatically go into standby after 20 min. I can still manually put it
there. I have no screensavers running and system is virus clear.

Ideas?
