Please refer to link one in my signature to learn how to post to newsgroups
properly and effectively. This has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows,
but is a property of your printer driver. Suggest you RTFM.

Check that your color and black cartridge are full.. generally, when a color
printer can manage only one color, it is because the cartridges are all but
empty..
