Greetings all.
I'm using Windows XPsp1. On this system there are two Administrators and one
limited account . The problem is that on the limited account , when starting
I receive an error message, as follows.
"Exception open Exclusive failed config. TBD Access is denied."
When I click on the "OK" everything seems to return to normal and can
continue on with anything .
Just wondering what this could be , and what to do to remedy it ?
