Falling Windows

When i open a program , if the window is minimized and
the mouse is not inside the minimized window when it
opens , it will automaticly fall to the taskbar. Very
annoying. Dont know how to change this. Help.

I think I know what you're writing about...try this: On the Start > All
Programs menu, right-click on the shortcut for one of your programs and
select Properties. On the Shortcut tab, look for a line that starts 'Run:'
and from the drop-down box choose Normal Window. Click OK. Now try to open
the same program from the Start menu. I believe you will get the result you
desire.
