Picture and Fax Viewer Problem

When previewing pictures in the Windows Picture and Fax
Viewer, I can only see a full size screen. When I click
to downsize the window, it just completely minimizes. My
system is a 2.4G/P4 running XP pro with a high end
graphics card. All other software works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not true as the other 10 identical systems in my office=20
do not share this problem.

Any other suggestions?=20
