Blue screen stop error at logon c000021a

After installing Service Pack 1 on WinXP home, we are
getting this error:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Login Process system process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080
(0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down.

Any Suggestions?
