Backup selected files from one PC to another

I'm looking of a program that will perform a backup for selected folders on
one PC to Another each night. I've looked around but I just keep finding
backup software that wants to backup to a tape. I have two PCs with large
hard drives. One I use for testing so there isn't much on it, so I'd like to
back selected folder from my other PC to my testing PC. Any suggestions?

I'm running Windows XP Pro on both systems.

Most good backup programs will allow you to backup to a file. Search for the
capability in your backup program.

I use SecondCopy http://www.centered.com/ to backup websites from my main
server to my backup server. It is very good.
