What do you mean?

The XP install disk is one, but there are several varieties for the
different versions of XP (Home. Pro, OEM, Full, Upgrade,
Volume-License)

Systems often come with restore discs, which are essentially images of
the Hard Drive. They come with 2 to 6 restore discs.
