I'm going to guess you mean for the AMD Althlon 64? You can't. it's in
beta stages right now. It will not be released until sometime in 2004.

Is it an Intel Itanium or an AMD Athlon? If the former, do a web
search and you'll find sources. If it's the latter, the version
for the AMD isn't out yet.

Well you may be the first kid on the block with an AMD 64 bit
computer but you didn't read up on it! By the time you get a 64 bit
version of XP your computer will be ancient! Something Tiger Direct
failed to tell the buyers. :-(
