wupdator.exe not responding

When logging off to switch user (2users both
administrators)the error dialogue box appears indicating
that wupdator.exe is not responding. The timeout occurs
and then it logsoff. When just switching user no problem
but other users still stays on, realize this is normal
but dont understand the wupdator.exe not responding any
help would be appreciated

Are you sure it is "wupdator" and not "wupdater.exe"? The former gets no
hits from Google, but the latter is a virus. Scan with a current
(post-2002 version using updated definitions) antivirus program.
