gstray.exe error message

when shutting down computer i reccieve a error message off
gstray.exe, any help would be appreciatted

Are you sure you don't mean "sgtray.exe"? There are no hits for
"gstray.exe", but "sgtray.exe" is part of a Veritas backup program, the
updater I believe, which you don't need. Disable it from either
msconfig or from within the program.
