Hi.

I get a error message Microsoft Windows (TM) Messaging
Subsystems Spooler has encountered a problem and needs to
close. I have rebuilt my .pst files and ran inbox repair.
Still the same problem

This happens when I install a program called Callpilot
that works with our phone systems and Microsoft Outlook.
It works on all other systems that are running Outlook 97
on 2000 Pro systems.
The system is running Windows XP Pro 256 DDR, 40 GB HD,
Intel Intergraded Video Card. It was working fine till 3
days ago. The Outllok would freeze and give the error as
soon as you opened the program. I have talked to the tech
support of the softwear and said it was a windows XP
Problem. Could someone Please help?

Have you checked Callpilot's website to make sure Callpilot is compatible
with XP or if there are updates or later versions that are compatible with
XP?
