Sister in law has new Dell and wishes to make Windows Media Player the
Default instead of the MusicMatch that Dell wants to be the default. Any
help appreciated. I set wife's computer, but cannot remember how I did.

If you have Service Pack 1 installed you have an item on your Start menu
called Set Program Access and Defaults, it also appears on the Add/Remove
Programs applet in Control Panel.
This allows you to set various defaults including the media player.

Launch Windows Media Player and from its Toolbar select:
Tools > Options > File Types > Select All and click "Apply".
