image transfer

My Microsoft scanner and camera wizard won't work with my Fuji image memory
card reader! It works if an image is on a zip file, but not on the image
reader which is hooked up to my USB port. Please help!

Bruce

A couple of things. XP may not be compatible with that particular card
reader. Did the card reader come with it's own software? You might be better
off using that software.
