Client Service for Netware - Updated Mup.sys

I use WinXP Pro's Client Service for Netware to connect to my company's
network drives. I get a 10-15 second delay before the mapped folder opens
and shows the files.

Microsoft's Knowledgebase admits this is a problem for some XP users:

but isn't offering the fix except by calling them and requesting it. It is
a Mup.sys driver update. They said they would include it in the next
Service Pack for XP.

Does anybody have it? I think these types of fixes are password locked. I
would appreciate it sent to

I received the hotfix from Microsoft, but no joy. I still have the delay.
