BUG - Find within files and folders does not work correctly

I feel that this has been "fixed" in one of the recent
updates provided by Microsoft's Windows Update.

I didn't work the last time that I tried (March 03), but
it does now. I have tried it on two different computers
with Windows XP Pro with positive results.
