Windows creates bunches of $NtUninstal.....$ and $NtServicePack....$ files
in the Windows directory (WindowsXP).

Can these be deleted? When is it safe to do so?

Is there a way to see all the system resore points in a list?

Thanks

Hotfixes are the updates downloaded and installed from the
Windows Update website. They should not be uninstalled
since it would uninstall the actual update installed in your
computer.

However, if you wish to remove the "uninstall files" for the
Hotfixes and cleanup your Add/Remove Programs list,
visit MS-MVP Doug Knox's site for instructions.

Remove Hotfix Backup files and the Add/Remove Programs Registry entries
