Tool Bars

When I go into Microsoft Word I cannot raise the ToolBar.
It appears to have disappeared completely However I try !
Under my Wifes User Name all is well - ToolBar is fine.

Do you mean the taskbar at the bottom, like where the clock is? If so, =
right click on it and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar"
