I have just bougyht a new PC and I am in the process of downloading some of
the useful software I had on the old one, Mailwasher, Zone alarm etc. The
new PC operates on XP and is connected to my anytime account.. However
whenever I try and download anything after a few minutes i get a message
saying that the PC was unable to download "the whatever" because the server
was reset.

What does this mean and how do I get around it. Is it something in XP or is
it Anytime?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi,

Many users have reported similar problems after installing Zone Alarm. =
Uninstall it and see if this resolves the issue. If so, try a different =
firewall: www.kerio.com or use the native one in WinXP (which you should =
disable if you are using a third-party one).
