Windows update problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even choose the lowest level it still cannot wor!

The date and time is correctly!

I cannot open any security webpage, such some webmail use
HTTPS and hotmail.com

But I can use mozilla to open those webpage.

I post the question for many times, still no answer for
me!!!!!!
