I just noticed that a file is setting on my C drive that is called
autoexec.cam and I cant find anything on it. Can someone tell me what it is
and whether I can delete it or not??

This is probably a backup of the AUTOEXEC.BAT file. Older applications
which modify the AUTOEXEC.BAT created backups of the former version
with a different file extension. Since the AUTOEXEC.BAT is no longer
used in Windows XP (it is there for backwards compatibility only) the
file should be (empty and) useless.
To be on the safe side you could rename the file or move it to another
folder and wait for if this causes any problem with your applications.
