Are you using version 3 of Winamp? I do not know if that will fix it. But it
sounds like you'll have to write Winamp to work better with Windows NT/XP
Access Rights. They seem to respond to Suggestion/bugs like that. Everytime
the shell crashed the System Tray icon disappeared. It was fixed in 2.x in a
month and in 3.x when the next version was released 5 months later.
