I have an in-house network with two XP Home computers
with a LinkSys router and cable internet. In order to
open the network, I have to disable Norton firwall, and
then hope I can remember to enable it when I go on the
Interent.

I have tried several times to use the wizard to set up a
trusted zone, but can't get it go.

Any suggestions.

Jack

You might have luck with the Symantec support site (they are the makers of
Norton Firewall). Their knowledge base or trooubleshooters may be able to
help you with your issue.

Matt,
Thanks. I have been there and their customer service is
very poor as is their tech support. They spent more time
telling me that I have to pay for help than it would
probably have taken to give the help.

They did send me a CD (gratis) to reload it without
having to go to the web site, but that was not real help.

Thakns again, Jack
