With Win98 I could type a command such as xcopy/? and get
all the information I needed regarding that command (all
of the switches). I can do the same thing in XP but the
data goes by to fast to read and the /P switch doesn't
seem to work, in XP I found a place that gave me the same
type of info. but I can't remember where it is now, does
anybody know where it is?
Thanks in advance, Tom

start->run->cmd [enter]
[command] /? | more [enter]
Or, as long as you're running cmd.exe, you can simply scroll the window.
The other place you can look is
start->help and support
then look up each command.

Are you typing that into the Run box, and the info is just blurring by?
Instead of typing the command in the Run box you can open the Command
Prompt. It should be here: %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe
I think it's also under Accessories on the start menu by default.

Pick or make an NT Command Prompt shortcut, set (via properties) Display
Options to Window, and thereafter use scrollbar to see all the results from
XCOPY /?.
