Win XP Home Ed activation problems

I upgraded from Win98 se to XP home in early march (1 week
left to activate).

I'd like to activate it, but clicking the reminder, or thru
the start menu opens an empty blue page (local).

I tried the ms support page, but get dead ends there as
well. This probably relates to my missing javascript
support (a different can of worms..)

I'd like a link for activation (that doesn't use
javascript:) or a phone #.
